Enjoy a sweet, sour and refreshing cocktail made with tequila, grapefruit and lime juice. A fresh alternative of the famous margarita.

  1. Cut a notch in the grapefruit wedge, then run the grapefruit around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of flaky sea salt.

  2. To the glass, add the tequila and lime juice and stir until combined.

  3. Fill the glass with ice. Top with pink grapefruit soda and stir briefly and gently.

  4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and enjoy immediately!

  • I love 3 cents pink grapefruit soda.
  • Make it lighter using sugar-free soda.
  • Use himalayan salt. It has a a pinkish tint and gives a slightly smoky finish.
