Paloma: The Star of Summer

Cut a notch in the grapefruit wedge, then run the grapefruit around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of flaky sea salt.

To the glass, add the tequila and lime juice and stir until combined.

Garnish with grapefruit wedge and enjoy immediately!

- I love 3 cents pink grapefruit soda.
- Make it lighter using sugar-free soda.
- Use himalayan salt. It has a a pinkish tint and gives a slightly smoky finish.
