Healthy Summer Tuna Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.

Prepare the dressing : in a food processor add yoghurt, mayonnaise, and purée until completely smooth. Put in the fridge.

Combine all other ingredients in a salad bowl and mix gently. Drizzle with lemon.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Season with pepper and oregano. Serve shortly after preparing.

You can add extra greens or alter the ingredient quantities. It depends on your taste.
