Festive Green Salad with Homemade Chutney

  1. Make the chutney: Heat, in a small saucepan, the water with the balsamic vinegar. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and add the jam. Stir and leave to cool.

  2. Arrange mixed greens and onions on platter, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. 

  3. Drizzle greens with chutney dressing, spring with pomegranate seeds and serve.
