A healthy, easy to make recipe after a busy day. All fresh ingredients mix perfectly with canned tuna and pasta while dill gives originality. Ready in 30 minutes, this one-pan dish doesn't really need anything next to it. In any case, a big fresh salad to start the meal is always welcomed. Enjoy!!!
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add salt, bring to a boil again, add pasta and cook it according to package directions. When pasta is almost ready, take 1 cup of cooking water and set aside. While pasta water is heating, begin with the preparation of the sauce. Chop onion, tomatoes and dill.
Add oil to a skillet. Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and tomatoes. Cook, tossing occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add tomato juice, dill and sugar. Bring to a simmer. Cook stirring often, until thickened (about 10 minutes).
When pasta is almost ready, add cream to the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a quantity of pasta cooking water to it. Cook until sauce is thickened again. Taste, season with salt and remove from heat. Add drained, flaked tuna and mix.
Drain cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with sauce. Give everything a toss. Serve with freshly ground black pepper and enjoy!
