This tuna pasta salad is a well balanced and tasty meal. It has carbs from the pasta, protein from the tuna, and plenty of vitamins and fiber from all the veggies. Creamy, tangy, and perfect for summer. Enjoy!!!
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
Prepare the dressing : in a food processor add yoghurt, mayonnaise, and purée until completely smooth. Put in the fridge.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Season with pepper and oregano. Serve shortly after preparing.
You can add extra greens or alter the ingredient quantities. It depends on your taste.
