Healthy Homemade Banana Chocolate Spread

Ingredients
  • 1 banana (medium, peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (sultanas)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
  • 15 grams dark chocolate
  • 15 grams milk chocolate
Instructions
  1. Place the chocolate on a cutting board. Using a (serrated) knife chop chocolate into chunks. Peel and slice up the banana. 

  2. Add all ingredients in a food processor.  Mix until you get a creamy mixture. Allow to rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 

  3. Apply the fresh chocolate banana spread on bread or toast and enjoy! 

Notes
  • Store it in the refrigerator for up to one day. 
  • You can use any combination of chocolate you like or simply dark chocolate.
  • Select your favorite type of bread; wheat or whole grain, bagels, buns, slices, rolls etc.
