This is one of my favorite recipes and is dedicated to all my friends who are looking for a healthy low calorie dessert after their workouts. The banana offers quick carbs, and the peanut butter offers protein.
Easy to make, no waiting time, prepare it and enjoy it without any guilt after a run or a cardio! Also perfect as a light meal.
Peel and slice up the bananas. Put them in the freezer and let them chill until they were frozen-about 3 hours.
Use a powerful blender or food processor that can crash ice. Add frozen banana slices and blend until pulverised, scraping down the sides a few times. Add all other ingredients and mix until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Serve and enjoy!
